Product Description & Applications

Pure PS430II is a high efficiency softening resin with shallow shell technology. During ion exchanging process, to get better result of removing ions, the shorter the spaces between the resins are, the faster the exchange of functional group could be. During regenerate process, because the shorter spaces between resins, regenerate solution could be easily and completely pass through the inner of resins with high speed, thus raise the regenerate rate.

Since regenerate rate is comparatively high, during the process, it could ensure resin with good demineralization effect and low leakiness of output water; moreover, during the leaching process after regenerate, it’s easier to wash the residual and reducing water consumption. In the process of removing heavy metals like iron, zinc etc., compare to general strong acid cation resin, Pure PS430II enjoys great characteristics as high elution ratio, high regenerate rate, low water consumption and excellent demineralization effect, it could guarantee the application results, in the mean time reducing costs. Also compare to general cation resin, heavy metals ions are expanding and exchanging slowly when use this resin, due to this reason, Pure PS430II is especially suitable for removing iron, zinc etc. heavy metals in water solution and non-water solution.
